To be used as a training aid or as a genreal treat. Only feed very small quantities as it is quite rich.
The best thing to do here is to experiment with your own quantities; the idea being to get a cake that is firm to the touch and medium brown in colour.
Ingredients
Liver (pigs or Lambs)
Garlic granules
Maize Meal
Plain Flour
One egg ( or more depending on quantities.)
A little water
Method
Liquidise the liver in a blender until smooth
Mix together all the ingredients and pour into a metal tray or cake tin.
Bake in a moderate oven for around 10 - 15 mins until brown and firm
Once cool, break up into very small pieces and freeze in a suitable container for later use
